In the summer of 2024, I took a short leave of absence from my graduate studies to participate in a summer entrepreneurship program hosted by Edmonton Unlimited, a local startup incubator.

Morita Lighting was born from my passion for design and my vision for using additive manufacturing as a technology for creating new end use products - not just rapid prototypes.

I designed and manufactured original 3D-printed lighting products while managing a small e-commerce operation. I also offered design consulting services, collaborating with local community organizations and artists to install large-scale lighting projects.
